इसके कैंपस अलग-अलग होंगे । विश्वविद्यालय के चार्टर, उप-विधि, पाठ्यक्रम, संचालन ढांचा और प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय मुद्दे तैयार करने के लिए एक संचालन समिति का गठन किया जाएगा ।
